We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location was good and the room was clean. They cleaned every morning, sometimes too early. The room was noisy and you could hear the noise on the other rooms and outside (thin walls). The staff was quick on answering but not that friendly and service minded. You need to pay city tax in cash which we didn’t like. Good location if your looking for great location and connection to cinque terre. This is a budget alternative. We will not choose this again to stay and would recommend other place to stay in la spezia for the same price.

3 blocks to train to Cinque Terre. Parking was a real challenge. Off sight parking available for extra fee two blocks away, or pay at train station garage. Also had to pay an extra city fee in cash.

This is a terrible place to stay! There are 2 serious problems. First, there is no staff on duty and no reception office. One has to contact the manager by phone and the cleaning staff comes only in the morning. If the phone does not work from outside the grilled door you are stuck with nowhere to go. The second is that there is no elevator! There are almost 40 or so stairs to climb and take your luggage up the narrow stairs. There are no properly identifiable sign for the hotel which is located in a decrepit corner. The high price for the very small room is simply a ripoff. The room and bathroom were clean but the small size make it very inconvenient to use and stay. I will not recommend this place.

La chambre était très belle et très propre! C’est l’idéal pour l’accès au train pour visiter les Cinque-Terres. Par contre, l’air climatisée était défectueuse et la chaleur dans la chambre étaient de 28 C. Sinon l’entrée autonome est bien pensé.

Parfait, chambre très charmante en excellent état, très proche de la gare centrale pour visiter les cinq terres. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue(payant) ou parking payant à proximité immédiate.

Muy contentos, buena elección

Alojamiento muy confortable, en perfecto estado, se le ve recién renovado. Baño y ducha magníficos. Muy funcional, a 5min de estación de tren, ideal si vas a visitar Cinque Terre.
