"The aparment was about 3,5 km from the old center. A bit far for a walk. We were lucky to have a car. I was a great surprice that there was free parking right next to the apartment. Bahroom furniture was a bit worn out, othervise it was ok. We sayed two days and didn't expect cleaning during our stay, however the room was cleaned while we were out. The host was very kind and helpful. The only thing that was bothering, was the noice. We could hear people talking in the next room and a lot of...

"The overall stay better than I expected. Only problem was the door jam was damaged and we had trouble contacting the owner. The room was facing the Main Street with a small balcony great for coffee in the morning (needs one more chair) the room was clean the shower was great the bed was very comfortable with the window closed you can’t hear anything from the street would definitely book again "

"We had a lovely stay and were warmly welcomed by the hostess. The room had all the necessary amenities and was spacious and clean. The only negative point would be the scarcity of parking spots in the vicinity. Other than that, everything else was perfect🔆. "

Because it is attached to a property, it is less expensive than the main house. 20 minute walk to the train, but needed a taxi with luggage because it is up at very big hill. The woman who manages the house, lovely and accommodating. Remember to bring a bottle of wine and a snack to sit out on the deck at night and enjoy. "

"Located in La Spezia; easy walking distance from the train station. Unique setup but very functional for a visit to this part of Italy! Staff were extremely helpful and units are very close to some good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend as an economical way to do the cinque Terra!"

"Hotel location is good about 5 mins walk from La Spezia main station. Hotel is clean and easy to find. But the condition of the fittings can be improved. Overall, a positive stay as the owner is friendly, helpful and most importantly responsive! "

"Fint och fräscht nära tågstationen i La spezia. Vi bodde här innan resa till Cinque Terre, vilket var perfekt."
