The apartment was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown.

Very disappointed. Got text from owner that they were "overbooked".. the text was in Italian and I had to translate it on the Internet.. the phone number in the text/booking did not pick-up my phone call.. text advised that I go to another accommodation 40 minutes away from La Spezia. Since I want to La Spezia in order to visit Cinque Terre, this was far from practical. Hotels.com support helped arrange better alternative in the end. Think twice before booking this property.

Logement abîmé par endroit, insonorisation à revoir et cruel manque de lampes et ampoules au plafond. En revanche propre et assez confortable. Je ne m'y suis sentie pas très à l'aise néanmoins. Et aussi un peu étrange, j'ai entendu quelqu'un entrer dans l'appartement le lendemain matin, sans savoir qui c'était. Un peu effrayée j'ai rapidement quitté le logement.

A localização é boa e tem meios de transporte próximos. A acomodação é simples e estava bem limpa. Como só ficamos duas noites foi tranquilo. Único incidente foi um noite que acabou a água quente antes de terminar o banho, mas como estava muito quente não foi um grande problema.

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte nella struttura. In linea generale è andata bene, l’impatto con la camera non è stato eccezionale. L’aspettò più negativo è stato il neon coperto da carta al posto dei lampadari. Per il resto, tutto bene. Posizione e pulizia ottima.

Habitación amplia, baño grande y cómodo. Un bar en la esquina que atienden muy bien, están hasta tarde y a precio muy razonable Estacionamiento para coche si, PERO en la calle, si tienes suerte puedes hacerlo relativamente cerca (no especificado de esta manera). No hubo desayuno ni colación ni nada, había disponibles te, café y microondas PERO debías pagarlo. Toda la comunicación fue con carteles, contacto personal solo cuando entregaron la llave. No hubo mapas ni indicaciones de la ciudad.... Al retirarnos, otro cartel, indicando que hacer con la llave, dónde dejar el dinero del impuesto local, un libro de regalo y una nota indicando lo "inconveniente" de dejar un comentario negativo del establecimiento...

Chambre non conforme à la description et aux photos sur le site. Zero confort, les lits et les oreillers ne sont pas confortable! On a l'impression de dormir sur le sol! Espace encombré et sale. Je regrette mon choix et je ne conseille personne de reserver dans cet établissement!

Il y a 3 chambres, j’ai hérité de celle côté rue donc très très bruyant! Je n’ai pas dormis de la nuit. Je devais rester 2 nuits et je suis parti le matin. Literie usée et lit arrondi. Salle de bain propre mais situé à l’extérieure de la chambre. Rien pour me plaire

Camera spettacolare

avevo letto recensioni non ottime su questa struttura, a mio avviso e dopo esserci stato sinceramente non so la gente di cosa ha da lamentarsi, dalla stazione centrale c ho messo a piedi circa un quarto d'ora poi è situato in un punto vicino al centro quindi chi ha da fare spesa o colazione o pranzo o cena è ben fornito, in camera i riscaldamenti sono fin troppo alti, c'era la cucina con forno, la piastra per i toast, il lavandino con doppio lavello, c'erano posate pentole tazze in porcellana per il caffe e la macchina per il caffè, il bagno ha un box doccia dove c si puo stare anke in due, poi la stanza è dotata di un armadio a due ante c'è un mobile con cassetti belli spaziosi e due comodini, la televisione e un tavolino con sedie. Io penso che piu di questo ad un prezzo ottimo uno cosa stia ancora cercando. Di sicuro ci tronerò perche mi sono trovato no bene e non benissimo ma di piu. Complimenti ad Erike che è stata gentilissima..alla prossima

Soggiorno perfetto. il posto è molto accogliente, ben arredato e ben fornito di tutto. La locationè a due passi dal centro ed è servita da tutte le autolinee. Il prezzo più che eccellente, sicuramente dovessi tornare o dovessi suggerire un posto per dormire a la spezia a qualcuno, senza ripensamenti lo manderei da voi. :)
