Great location, clean room and very easier service by what’s app. The hotel responded quickly to her messages. I recommend this place. The blue room was quite small but if your using the hotel just to sleep it’s ok.

Beautiful view and roomy place

Overall a very nice place to stay in La Spezia, very close to the train station and a square with restaurants and stores. The apartment had all necessary utensils and such and we felt like we had plenty of room. The apartment is located four stories up without an elevator, so bear that in mind, as well as some stairs up to the apartment complex. Rooms where fresh and modern, with an amazing view from the balcony over the surrounding mountains.

Nice suite and also very clean! very good location for visiting cinque terre, close to the train station, there is also a Parking Garage close by and not to expensive BUT, there are hundreds of stair steps and no elevator, you have to walk with your luggage from the Garage (15 minutes)

Close to lots of restaurants & plaza, train station Finding the actual location of the facility was an issue. A sign outside would help. And then the stairs!!!! 88 stairs plus more up the hill to the building!! At our age of 70 it was difficult to carry the luggage all the way up!

Great Hotel!

The hotel is hard to find, especially at night, and has way too many stairs to climb and no elevator but the rooms are really nice! They all look recently renovated and are very clean and the beds are so comfortable! It’s also a great location and is only a 5 minute walk from La Spezia station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good location and clean room!

Good location, easy and accessible to train station or center area. The room is very clean, spacious and well maintained! The host helped a lot! No elevator, would recommend to come with small luggage or backpack.

The place is really nice and clean, we checked in early and couldn’t find the place , the owner sent someone to help us find the place. The owner only speaks Italian, it’s on the fifth floor and no elevator.

Very disappointed, the woman that on the phone whom I talked was very rude, not polite, not helpful. The location wasn’t safe. It was very scary. There is no light, we used our phone flashlights to see the around. Check-in wasn’t easy. The lady told us to ring the bell and the door would be opened by her but she tried many times but she couldn’t. It is impossible to find a parking place around the area. You climb the stairs to get to the building and once you reach the building there is no elevator. You must take your luggages by yourself to the apartment too. And also in the apartments, there are more stairs which are very dangerous, there is no balustrade. If you need to use the bathroom at night, you must be very careful since the bedroom and bathroom are in different floors. You must use those stairs to go to the bathroom. And since the apartment is at the roof it was very hot during the day and the night even the AC is on like non-stop. You can not sleep since you can not breath inside. Overall, the building is horrible and very dirty when you get inside you want to get out of the building. The apartment is renovated and seems clean. Even though there are hairs in the bed and the coffee and biscuits that they serve in the room are old!!

Please please please be wary of staying here!!! Very complicated check in procedures that you do not know until after booking. I actually did not even get to stay in this place, because the key they left me broke into two pieces as I tried to open the door. I have unlocked a million doors in my life and never had a key break on me. I was given no empathy or help during my situation. Owner did not honor anything or offer a single cent, only offered the next night to stay, but I was passing through on my way to a meeting in Florence and just needed a nice night's rest. Owner is very un-empathetic. Apparently, accommodating for a late check in makes me undeserving of a refund. I don't even understand what accommodations they made because all they did was leave a key in a lockbox at a different location not even at my hotel. Myself and Expedia called to ask for a refund since I did not even step foot in the room. The owner will not return emails or answer anyone's calls. I did not even step foot into the hotel room, so they did not have to clean or pay for anything, yet they still will not refund even a cent. Please be very very careful about staying here, because if anything goes wrong you will not be treated respectfully! I was really excited about my stay, I wish it would have worked out. But just a note to anyone else staying this is not like a hotel with a reception this is more of an air bnb type situation.

Tem muitas escadas! Escada para chegar no prédio e escada para chegar no apartamento. Chegar cansado com mala e ter que subir tudo aquilo foi complicado. O prédio é bem antigo porém o apartamento foi todo modernizado. Tinha uma vista bonita da cidade. A localização era boa pois não ficava longe da estação de trem.

Flott, moderne og renslig leilighet med velutstyrt kjøkken. Romslig takterrasse med fin utsikt, verdt å gå opp alle etasjene for. Sentral beliggenhet med nærhet til alt. Veldig hyggelig vert med god betjening, ekstra god service. Ville bodd her igjen!

Frisch renovierte Wohnung. Toller Ausblick von der kleinen Sitzecke aus, allerdings tagsüber bei voller Sonne zu heiß. Ich empfehle dem Vermieter einen Sonnenschutz bereitzustellen. In die Wohnung müssen einigen Treppen und Stufen bewältigt werden. Parken in Wohnungsnähe ist möglich, erfordert aber ggf. Geduld und Glück. Nähe zum Bahnhof hervorragend, so konnten wir problemlos die Chinque Terre besuchen.

Bra rum.

Rummet var rent och fint, bra utrymme. Mycket bra service. Det jobbiga var trapporna upp till hotellet. Att bära packning i 37 gr värme upp för dessa trappor var inte jättekul.

All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere in quanto non riuscivamo a metterci in contatto con host e ci siamo dovuti rivolgere al call center di Expedia per assistenza. La camera è carina e pulita ma per arrivarci ci sono da fare 5 piani a piedi e senza ascensore. Al check out , avendo il treno alle 14 , chiediamo se possibile lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora ma mi viene detto di no. Potendo tornare indietro avrei preso un Hotel considerando anche gli sconti e le convenzioni che hanno se acquisti tipo la 5 terre card.

La vue de la chambre est incroyable sur le balcon. La chambre est moderne et super propre. La propriétaire très serviable! Nous avons réservé une journée de plus tellement nous avons apprécié.
