"This was a great hotel for our first time in London. It was centrally located and convenient to multiple Underground stations. We had a deluxe room that was spacious enough for two. The bed was comfortable and our room was always cleaned by the time we returned for the day. Really enjoyed the black out shades and the complimentary mini bar."

In both cases, they were able to accommodate our request to check-in early, which we appreciated greatly as they are under no requirement to do so. We have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. We appreciated the selection of food items available for the breakfast buffet. We also found it to be an ideal location for exploring London on foot being easy walking distances to Trafalgar Square, Westminster, Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, and more."
