Communication was disappointing and I was unable to obtain assistance despite several attempts to make contact. Based on my experience with customer service, I found the response to be unsatisfactory."

Points faibles : avoir des chaussons jetables et des produits d'hygiène directement à disposition qu’on n’ait pas à aller les demander. La propreté était moyenne mais pour de petits détails. Mais ce qui m’a le plus dérangé c'est l'odeur comme une remontée d’égou très présente qui avait comme imprégnée les meubles"

"Really solid hotel. We had the deluxe balcony we 2 adults and child. Only gripe is lack of counter space bathroom and bedside. A small fridge would’ve been nice, but the front desk was happy to chill/freeze some items for us."

"We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Paris-Canal de la Villette. The hotel is in a great location right next to the beautiful canal, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The area felt safe, and there were plenty of nearby transportation options, restaurants, and places to explore. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious...
