"The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. "

If you know 5 people are coming common sense is to put more than 1 umbrella. The other room had no umbrella and took over 2 days to get just one. Shower head holder in bathrooms were loose and water was splashing everywhere. Only buffet was available, all restaurants were book for our entire 5 day stay unless we wanted to have dinner after 9pm. ...
