There were only a couple of issues. 1. there is no visible sign anywhere indicating where the hotel is. I drove around the block 3 times and could not see it. "I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. Check in process was pleasant, the room design was nice and made good use of space (just be wary of the central unobscured shower, if travelling with others).
