"Horrible experience. Got up to my room after walking up 6 flights of sketchy spiral stairs and carrying up my luggage then got to a disgusting room and we checked underneath the sheets and there were BED BUGS. When I tried getting a refund they said it was nonrefundable. Horrible experience and immediately went somewhere else"
