"The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. "Terrific hotel. The kitchen was awesome and allowed us to have breakfast in our suite every morning. Service was excellent. Laundry machines convenient and three minute walk from a subway station across the bridge. Did i mention there is a supermarket across the street?"

"Everything was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff are very nice. I communicated through email, and they answered promptly. There are grocery stores right next to the hotel, many restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance to tourist spots, shopping, Kamo River and train station."

"Best place for solo female traveller to stay if u wanna go around gion-uji-biwa area. It’s located infront of main road and it’s easy to spot the hotel. It’s also easy to bring your luggage from sanjo station. The room space is spacious and i really wanted to extend my stay for one day but i have other plans."
