"Very nice hotel in a convenient location in Kyoto. About a 8 minute walk to Kyoto station, 3 minutes from Shichijo station, one block from major street for buses. A 7-11 a minute away. Quieter area which is south of the major shopping streets and tourist attractions. There was a little street noise on the morning but not overly bad.

"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."
