"The property was clean in a safe area. It was conveniently located right next to a 7eleven store. Staff were great at the reception desk. The hotel offers a safe luggage storage with cables to lock it. The apartment rooms were clean and decent in size. The small kitchen area had all the amenities needed to cook and eat with. The only thing I did not like was the hallway accessing the elevator, it was so hot due to all the AC units fuming out hot air."

"In-unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Staff spoke fluent English so that was a plus. Location is in between 3 metro lines as well and 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Only real ‘complaint’ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily."

"Loved to stay here!! Highly recommend it. Spacious, confortable and very friendly staff. The washer/dryer was in the room itself, a great convineience. For us this location worked great as its away from very busy area and provided a calm, quiet location to return to and less crowded trains from here. We didnt mind changing the local trains with transfers. Lots of convenience stores near by. "

"This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. "The are 2 grocery stores that are close by, very good prices. The train station is nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean, comfortable and very convenient. "

"The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us.
