The HDMI have been disabled, There are no English channels and there is no way to cast/airdrop your device to their tv. These days in a modern hotel, it should be a standard feature."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus itโ€™s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine itโ€™s just lack of staff why they might be missed."

"The staff was very helpful. Walked me through doing laundry. Evening ramen was good. Discovered a supermarket nearby with excellent, microwaveable meals. Iโ€™ve stayed here several times. I have a friend in Omiya and even though itโ€™s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think itโ€™s worth it to stay here."
