"The location is super convenient with two easy subway, Ginza line and Tsukuba line. There are tons of restaurant around and great shopping. A lot of Lawson, Family mart and 7-11. The spa with hot tubs (4 different types) in the basement was such a plus with free ice cream and soba at night. We never tried the soba but I love the ice cream. It is just a bit travel to Shinjuku as it is not on the JR Yamanote Line. Once you get used to it, it was great. We love it so much that we booked another 2 nights with the same branch in Ginza after we return from Kyoto and Osaka. Looking forward to it."

Only minus was no drawers provision for clothes, only a few hangers. I would certainly recommend for a first time visit to Tokyo and would stay there again if competitively priced with other hotels in area."
