Excellent service! Room was very clean and all amenities were provided in the room. Very good location, the hotel is closed to the train station, cocoon city malls, convenience stores and many restaurants. Front desk and restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. I got to the hotel earlier than check in time, but the staff was accommodating with holding my bag's until check in time. When I arrived to check in they already had my bags put into my room for me. So many more things the staff did, but I must say the experience was just awesome. I wish there was a six star rating because this hotel deserves it. From the room, to the breakfast, to the service, and definitely the staff.

A new and safe hotel. Direct access from the station.　There are no steps in the bathroom. The basic makeup kit was very helpful. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. It was served until 10am so there was no stress. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena. With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door. The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great.

The breakfast was good. Service was friendly. Overall good experience. But I feel the room ventilation is not very good, kind of stuffy. I kept sneezing after entering the room and I don't have nasal allergy. Could be due to the carpet. May be better to replace carpet with simple flooring.
