Everything about this place was perfect! Bright, clean, fresh, friendly, tons of amenities and a short walk to the station (East side). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Best breakfast buffet I’ve found!

Location of hotel is less than 10 min walk to station & many restaurants so very convenient. Hotel is comfortable & clean with many choices offered for breakfast. The staff member Ikeda went out of her way to assist us with ensuring that we got to our next destination. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even walked us to the train station and showed where to purchase train tickets for Osaka.

Was quiet and clean and a good walking distance from shops and transport. The Onsen bath was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious but as a foreigner i wasnt sure how to prepare most of the breakfast items. Some information/instructions with pictures from a QR code would be useful. Overall would stay here again.

The is an excellent new hotel with helpful staff and well appointed facilities. Both the public areas and the room are beautifully appointed and well designed. The large hot pool and sauna were a great place to relax at the end of the day. The location is very convenient and close to Omiya Station. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and very reasonably priced.

It was a nice furnitured and a clean hotel with nice staffs. Its location is very convenient near Oomiya sta. which is now a days one of the most important truffic hubs in Tokyo.

Clean and comfortable. The greenery designs are my favorite part of the hotel. I loved the books they had in the front desk area. Many places to sit and check out of the books. Being able to choose the amenities were nice. Definitely wanna come back.

Omiya

My first time staying in a Vessel Hotel, I had previously noticed them looking through Hotels.com as good value for money and well designed Hotel chain. A slightly smaller room that most in Tokyo but still offered comfort with an awesome high pressure shower to get revitalised. I had the Breakfast Buffet which was great value with plenty of choice options. Very pleasant and organised staff at this Hotel during my stay, I thought it was exceptional value. A little far out of Tokyo, but I have visited so many times I was happy to explore the Omiya area. Tokyo Station is only 20 mins away on the Shinkansen. Would definitely check out their other Hotel locations

The property was difficult to find. The vicinity was a bit run down, but the hotel was nice. The less stars because they felt the need to make us wear 2 styles of slippers - one inside the hotel room, and one around the hotel - both were super uncomfortable and cheap. They hurt my feet in different ways. Not only that, they told us that suitcases need to be under the bed - which did not fit. What else should they tell us what to do in our stay there? The 3rd star was for the food - it was good. But we will not be staying there - we don't need people telling us what we need to do beyond the obvious common sense and make it most uncomfortable.
