Excellent front desk staff. Very tasteful decorations. Get the balcony. Great breeze off the ocean. Loved the spacious room. Close to parking garage was great.

Great location on the waterfront. Easy to access sights in Ortiga. Helpful staff on places to see. Street parking (must register car with hotel). Spent 2 nights. The only issue was that other patrons failed to close the security door tightly; however, no safety issues.

This hotel is somewhat under construction so the living room is not set up well but the staff is excellent, the breakfast options were good (with real cappuchino - not from a machine!) and there is an elevator so we didn't have to lug suitcases up a stairway. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping came in every day. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, markets and a barbershop!

Extremely overpriced for what it is. We found a cockroach in our bathroom and our room barely had a window. No staff helped with our luggage and you don’t even get a complimentary water in your room

When I arrived the room I’ve booked wasn’t available at all. The hotel has two buildings and I was placed in the building #2. The room is definitely not what I paid for but the view is magnificent. Also, owner was very understanding and was trying to rectify the situation immediately, as soon as she learn about the problem. A lot needs to be improved but owner of the place is very nice and helpful.

ΙΚΑΝΟΠΟΙΗΤΙΚΑ

Για 2 μέρες παραμονής στο πλαίσιο μεγαλύτερου ταξιδιού, η διαμονή ηταν ικανοποιητική. Το σημείο πολύ καλό για να βγεις για βόλτα ή φαγητό με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και αρκετά ευρύχωρο , με ντουζιέρα και πιστολάκι . Μίνι ψυγείο bar και χρηματοκιβωτιο. Το προσωπικό πολυ εξυπηρετικοί τόσο κατά την άφιξη όσο και στο πρωινό και κατα το check out. Τακτοποίησαν το δωμάτιο μετά την 1η διανυκτέρευση παρά το γεγονός ότι θα φεύγαμε την επομένη. Δεν υπαρχει παρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου αλλά στα 200-300 μέτρα λειτουργούσε τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμής (15 € / 24ωρο ή 1,5 € / ώρα σε αυτόματο μηχάνημα). Για το δωμάτιο θα ήθελα κάτι για να απλώσω τα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες μου στο μπαλκόνι ( σκοινί ή απλώστρα), ένα καλαθάκι για σκουπιδάκια στο δωματιο ( υπήρχε μόνο στο μπάνιο), ένα σταχτοδοχείο στο μπαλκόνι και έναν ολόσωμο καθρέπτη εντός του δωματίου.

as fotos são melhores do que a realidade: o hotel não fica exatamente de frente ao mar, pois existe uma muralha que só deixa vista para a varanda que fica no rooftop… meu quarto ficava em um outro prédio, era muito pequeno, o banheiro menor ainda e a vista dava para os fundos de prédios vizinhos: decepcionante.

Highly reccomend

Very nice stay! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they gave a lot of helpful information about the city and a map when we arrived. They even offered us to stay in an appartement instead of the room we had booked for the same rate. The appartement was very clean and cosy with a nice interior, the only thing that could have been better was the bed that squeaked a lot.

Vi havde et ganske fint ophold, dog fik vi ved ankomsten sent om aftenen et meget lille værelse, med havudsigt som vi havde bedt om. Desværre var værelset så lille at vi ikke kunne komme omkring når vi havde 2 kufferter der også skulle være der, så vi aftalte at vi skulle have et andet værelse med lidt mere plads. Det vi vi så næste dag, og vi accepterede at vi så ikke havde havudsigt, men værelset var fint. Ved afregning viste det sig så at vi skulle give 10 euro mere pr. nat, selvom vi nu ikke havde havudsigt som vi også havde givet 10 euro ekstra for. Vi protesterede over dette, uden held, også efter lidt skriveri efter vi kom hjem. Det syntes jeg er meget dårlig service, og synd for opholdet var fint.

Litet personligt hotell med havsutsikt!

Ett mycket trevlig, personligt litet hotell med individuellt inredda rum och utrymmen. Personalen är hjälpsam och trevlig. Man känner sig väl omhändertagen… Sängen i vårt rum var en Queen, så lite mindre än vi är vana vid. Annars mysigt rum med utsikt över vattnet och liten fransk balkong. Enkel men trevlig frukost och gott kaffe (be alltid om en färsk blodapelsinjuice)! Prisvärt (i alla fall när vi var där)! Har även hört från vänner att deras restaurang ska ha bra mat! Vi hann inte prova… men värt att veta! Rekommenderas!

Hard to spot hotel in the dark

Nice rooms in two separate buildings; reception is in newer one. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Hot water took ages to come through pipes. Breakfast ok but just a choice of two plates; nice and fresh! Bar just 6-9pm but that may be because we were very off season.

Vista fantastica

Posizione eccezionale, soprattutto quella della dependence, perché non ha di fronte i bastioni e le camere sulla strada hanno una vista mare diretta. Volutamente arredata in modo semplice, la mia camera superior era grande, materasso e lenzuola confortevoli, bagno un poco agée ma ok. Colazione discreta, da scegliere tra dolce e salata.

Idéalement situé

Très bien situé pour visiter la vielle ville piétonne; à 300m du parking couvert qui coûte 15€ pour 24 h. Accueil plutôt sympathique de la part du personnel. Sinon pas de quoi s'extasier. C'est basique et fonctionnel. Mais après tout, on y vient surtout pour y dormir et prendre une douche, non ?
