We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements. "Clean nicely maintained room with the most comfortable bed I have had in Asia. Staff is awesome and super friendly. The pool is very nice and large enough to acomodate the guests comfortably. The only drawback to the hotel and it’s not their fault, is that it is about a 15 minute walk to shopping. That being said 15 min. Walk or 15 ringgit grab cab that is there in a few minutes and you are on your way. "
