Hotel Menyeluruh di Kuala Lumpur

""I had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Afif for being so welcoming and helpful. His great attitude made a real difference in my experience. I will definitely be back!""

"Pro Everything about the room and the hotel was good. Location is great, room is spacious. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. The MRT station is 5 minutes' walk away. Cons The room cleaning was not up to expectations. The cleaner did not tidy up the kitchen and the lounge area. I needed to do it myself every day."

"Pilihan collection room sungguh Selera"

"Pleasant."

"MOV AWAY"

"Check in and check out was smooth, but if it’s sold as a homestay or at least a hotel room, have some basic necessities like glasses and cutlery and plates. This had nothing absolutely"

"Great location if travelling light. Centrally located and close to many shopping malls and the evening street food market right on the doorsteps"

"The room was clean and check-in was easy. The instructions given were clear and straightforward. Good safety, security, and privacy."

"Room very dirty , bed sheet all stain. But becaus eif front office staff tahts y im keep coming back"

"Location is good with walking distance to Mrt and Pavilion. Average is considered good. Just a minus point during mid night there was a water leaking on top of the room, in front the toilet. This is totally unacceptable. Hope this to be improved to prevent from happening and spoilt customer's holidays mood."

"Saya amat berpuas hati dengan keseluruhan perkhidmatan hotel ini. Cuma kemudahan wifi dalam bilik tidak mesra pengguna dan susah untuk connect. Justeru selama 6 hari menginap, saya tidak dapat gunakan wifi percuma ini. Siaran rancangan TV juga tidak hebat seperti hotel lain. Perlu perbanyakan lagi movie terkini. Kualiti set TV yang digunakan juga kurang baik."
