"This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel. "

"Fantastic hotel - brilliant experience. Luxurious and spacious rooms. Fabulous staff. Excellent gym. Delicious food. Room technology very temperamental is only very slight negative as made ordering room service a mission! Staff quick to support through this. Really grateful for late check out as have an evening flight. We love love LOVE this hotel, "

"Location: A hotel i frequented every time i’m in KL. central, walking distance to KLCC & bukit bintang (pavi), bcs i personally dislike driving in KL. Check in: staffs 10/10. Love the welcome drinks, minibar & breakfast choices (if you pay for the room w these options). Amenities: Chill pool, but not kid friendly. Complete gym, if you need one. Never tried the bar. Parking is free (make sure to not tap your T&G, take their tickets instead). Room: The rooms are big, new furnitures....

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "
