"This property is so unique and at the center of Brussels. We were welcomed by the friendly staff upon our our arrival and were met with good spirits, jokes, and helpful directions. For Americans, there is no AC but that is typical in the EU and did not take away from the experience at all. We loved this property and would definitely stay here again."

"チェックイン/チェックアウトがスムーズで助かります。スタッフの皆さまとても親切でした。部屋も清潔で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ボトルウォーターはペットボトルではなく、フロント階で瓶に自分で汲みますが、これがとてもよかった。 スリッパはないため持参が必要です。 立地がとても良かったです。国鉄のシューマン駅がホテルから徒歩13分にあり、地下鉄で中央駅や南駅に行く必要がないこと。特に空港からホテルは中央駅から地下鉄乗り換えより、国鉄でシューマン駅直接が絶対いいです。駅からもわかりやすいし。ブリュッセル中央駅から地下鉄乗り換えは一度地上に出て中央駅から離れており、またわかりずらいし階段だし><、お薦めしません。スーツケースがなければ(勾配やガタガタ道)ホテルから中央駅まで歩いて15分ほどで行けます。あちこち移動する旅におすすめのホテルです。"
