Had a terrible experince. Due to train strike was unable to get to check in . when i did they had cancelled me a did not refund money. Would never stay with this property. Very poor service. Had book for 5 days lost all money because of being day late out of my control.

Une expérience satisfaisante, un personnel à l'écoute les seul défaut est le manque de prise de secteur dans la chambre. Obligeant d'alterner tous matériel, nécessitant d'être branché sur secteur afin d'être charger. La 2ème faiblesse est secondaire le paramétrage des téléviseurs.

Parfait pour un séjour à Bruxelle

Très bon séjour avec un personnel au top et à l'écoute. Chambre très propre. Le seul problématique, l'hôtel devient une fournaise en période de forte chaleur c'est dommage de ne pas fournir des ventilateurs même petit en cas de canicule. J'ai aussi demandé à dormir dans un draps au lieu d'avoir une grosse couette et cela a été facturé. Sinon tout le reste était parfait je recommande sans problème !

Un hôtel bien situé et confortable

C'est confortable. Le personnel est super ! Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment bon pour cet hotel situé au centre-ville. On s'y sent bien. Malgré tout, la chambre est petite et équipée au minimum ( pas de bouilloire, de frigo. ..). Il y a bien un sèche-cheveux, mais l'avertissement de 150 euros d'amende si on le vole est un peu désagréable. Et la pression de la douche est trop faible. Bref, cet hôtel est bien situé, son prix est raisonnable et on y dort très bien ! Je le recommande à tous ceux à qui cela suffit !

Bueno, bonito, barato... pero

El hotel está bien situado y el precio es correctísimo, sin lujos pero limpio y bien cuidado. El único pero es el pésimo trato a la hora de hacer el checkout por parte de la sra. Juliana o Giuliana que quería a todo coste cobrar el desayuno y le echó la culpa del error a su compañero de check in ("es nuevo") o al sistema, sin disculparse y con una actitud muy poco profesional. Es el único pero.

Good time in bxl

The room was decent not really as the pictures but acceptable. The girls from the check in were very nice and very helpful one of them have us 3really good restaurant address (she can advise you for belge restaurant traditionals ofc and good seafood restaurant). And brakefast was quite good at a very good price. Lovely stay in bxl =)

北駅と中央駅まで徒歩圏内でアクセスは結構良かったです。大通りに面した場所なので夜でも治安もあまり悪いようには感じませんでした。ホテルはこじんまりとしてましたが、清潔感がありました。エレベーターがすごく特殊なので戸惑いましたが慣れたら大丈夫です。部屋には冷蔵庫が無く、ドライヤーはフロントで借りることができます。寝るだけだったので満足でした。（宿泊の際に約4€ほど税がとられます。）
