"Stunning location ruined by appalling service, poor hygiene, and unprofessional staff
Koh Yao Yai Village Beach Resort offers breathtaking views, but fails catastrophically on basic hospitality. Our family stay in a 1-Bedroom Pool Villa was severely ruined by serious service failures, persistent cleanliness issues, and exceptionally rude staff.
The resort is isolated, leaving guests captive to on-site facilities. With a young child, activities are virtually non-existent beyond the pools.

From the front desk to the property workers to the massage therapists, from the chef and kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is so above and beyond, every time.
