"The hotel is still not yet fully operational and doesn’t offer all the amenities. We highly recommended they install a purified water dispenser for people who want to fill a personal water bottle. The offer of just tap water does not suffice. Also, asking people to pay $3 per bottle when a case is $5 is not great either. This hotel is cashless but nowhere does it state this fact. There are definitely some issues that need to be sorted out and it feels that the front end staff have never worked in the hospitality industry before. On the plus side, the renovations are lovely but perhaps waiting till fully complete would have been a better idea."
