"This is an historical downtown property. The hotel has been updated with some nice touches including electronic do not disturb/housekeeping door signs, well-appointed fitness centre with water and ice dispensers. The second floor rooms share a large outdoor terrace complete with furniture for enjoying some outdoor time. If you prefer a private balcony book above the second floor. Note that the historical nature of this building and downtown location presents some limitations that newer buildings...

"Most beautiful and relaxing B&B. The owners are so lovely and go above and beyond. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Linens and decor very classy. Lots of space to enjoy and unwind after a long day. The bedroom with your own private hot tub in an enclosed glass room was a special treat. Breakfast was amazing and the view is spectacular! "

"The customer service was excellent, room was very clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfy, and we got a free upgraded room which was nice! We also were able to get a slightly longer checkout time and that helped us a lot. We found out that for future trips, we can bring our bunnies! So that’s a huge plus. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and will stay there again."

"The Kelowna property on Powick had nice rooms and good amenities and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of hot entees and healthy options to choose from. However it was the staff that made the stay exceptional. Mickey at the breakfast buffet was helpful and friendly to everyone, and Arsh at the front desk was also very friendly and accommodating especially considering the pressure they were under on such a busy tournament weekend with a hotel full of young volleyball players."
