"Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet and the food during the afternoon happy hour was great too. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. "

"Absolutely filthy and in disrepair. The door to the room did not close properly. There was light coming from all sides of it. There was no way to close the door quietly as it had to be pulled shut, and so you could hear everyone's doors being slammed closed during all hours of the night. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. Something had been splattered on the back of it and was not cleaned. Something brown had dripped on the wall inside the shower. There was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. Our bath towel had a hole in it, and the duvet cover was shredded underneath of it in two different places, and had stains on the top. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall by one screw. There was notable crud and hair all over the bathroom floor, as you could tell it had not been cleaned. The whole place is in need of some major cleaning and renovating. The only bright spot was that the front was very clean and newly remodeled, and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. We didn't even try the complimentary breakfast, as I would not eat anything that came out of this hotel. "

"Ricardo was most excellent taking care of us. I wish the housekeeping had done a better job. Wait staff in the food and bar areas were excellant Housekeeping didn't clean my room and when she did she did not restock toilet paper and left me with no toilet paper. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty."

"Overall the hotel was clean, however the current construction is a bit of an eye sore. Wish i didn't have to observe that during my stay. Great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants"
