"Room had a few minor issues (bath faucet loose and a bit stuck, dirty toilet, used old soap bar in bath tub, and a loose paper towel holder), but really nothing crazy. Nice place to stay with a great location."

"This hotel served its purpose. Great location and close to everything. The trash cans were overflowing in the evening, no hot water in the evenings, bedding was thin, and breakfast very lacking. We usually love this hotel chain but this location wasn’t the best."

"I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

"Nice clean hotel, quiet location. The parking is non-existing. The parking garage is located behind the hotel but is not connected to the hotel in anyway. There is no parking on the street— you must park in the garage @ 32.00 a night or valet park for the same. This is highway robbery!!! I don’t think I’ll be choosing this location again. "

"Quite possibly the worst room I’ve ever stayed. The door to enter the room is metal and beaten. The bathroom looks like it was completed by a couple of feral coyotes. My window view was of the dumpster. The walls were thin; I heard every step by the herd of elephants above me, and every crying moment of the babies next doors. The bathtub had standing water. Incredibly disappointing. The tv was blurry 1/2 the time. Saving grace, the morning coffee was very good. The staff was totally...

"Front desk staff was very nice and for me checked in quickly. My biggest issue was the room. It was dirty. Hair covering the shower drain form previous guest and gum under the side table shelf between the beds. Only one elevator was operating as far as I could tell and it opened very slow and shaky. "
