"Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer...

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"My family and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really clean. The staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, it could be better. The bagels were hard did not appear to be fresh. My son really enjoyed the veggie omelet with cheese and the waffle maker. Would stay there again."
