"Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
