"This vacation was for our sons 9th birthday. He had a blast. The pool is nice and right on the beach where he could snorkel. The hotel brought us more towels for our room and there is complimentary towels by the pool. Free breakfast with lots of choices. Overall this was the best hotel we could’ve booked for our family. Julianna was amazing at the front desk, SO amazing I thought she was the manager! Great staff!"

"I gave it all excellent but one issue was one staff member (Female) was very rude and disrespectful but not going to punish IHG for this. Also, when you sympathize the Tiki bar is open from 11am to 9-11pm please have it open at that time not from 2-5pm - we are there for a vacation / relax / unwind. But I will stay there again as it’s close to Rainbow Reef Dive Center. "
