"We have stayed prior to covid, but this stay was terrible. The noise was really bad due to changes in traffic now in this area. Staff were helpful but couldnt move us due to villas being booked. There was a party in the villa next to us at the end of our first week which went till 4.00am in the morning. We moved to a new villasa at our expense and the villas we moved to were perfection. "Very quiet property. Very nice people . I booked the cheapest room so it was a bit outdated . Book the one with the pool it looked way nicer it was next door to me. "

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
