"Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean."

From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location is also great near the shopping street.
