"The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "

"初めて宿泊しましたが、想像以上に素晴らしい環境でした。ただ、残念ながら防風林のため部屋から海は見えませんでした。 海まで歩いてすぐ行けるので散歩がてらぶらぶらしてみました。砂浜、海が綺麗ですし、特に桟橋の景色が素晴らしいです。 夕食はISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHENを利用しました。ブッフェ形式で料理の種類も多く満足できました。"

"Perfect getaway spot overlooking the sea with a deserted sandy beach and tropical warm water. Large room with lots of windows. Small balcony (that needed a chair). Constant free supply of bottled water. Lovely and well priced cafe/restaurant downstairs with good menu choice and tasty food. "２泊の予定でしたが、台風の影響で波が高くフェリーが欠航になり、1泊になってしまいました。次の日早くに島に渡りましたが、ホテルの送迎も有りましたし、チェックインまで荷物を預けて　電動のレンタサイクルを借りてシュガーロードや西大岳等サイクリングしました。でも、地図をうまく活用できず、携帯の地図で回りました。チェックインも２時間ほど早めてもらえました。綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングを楽しみにしてたのに、入ることができなかったのが残念でした。カートを借りましたが、ガソリン臭く、音も大きかったです。他の人の乗っているのは電気だったのか静かなのも有りました。敷地が広く、カートでの移動はアクティビティのように楽しかったです。大浴場も露天風呂が有り、アメニティも充実していました。ショップには水着やお土産も沢山有りました。フロント横にはオプショナルツアーのデスクもあって　いろいろ相談にのってもらえます。ビーチにもアクティビティの受け付けが有って、シュノーケル等のレンタルもできるようです。"
