We got to the hotel at 10:45am and our room was already ready for us to unpack and enjoy which I absolutely appreciated after a flight from NY. "We had a wonderful stay here. The bed was comfy, the unit was very clean, and beautiful views. Only part we didnt like was valet parking only. It was a little hectic at check in and in the mornings. The attendants hustle to get your vechile to you quick and were all very nice."

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... "Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "The place was great. Did not like that I had to pay for parking. When I checked in the night staff was very disrespectful and when I reported this to the manager he had a bunch of excuses that the staff is there alone and has personal issues so he understands why they are like that. I have never heard this in my life. It's okay to be disrespectful to guests because what..... . His offer to appease me the next time i stay there was unwelcome. I won't ever be going back there.
