I don't like giving a bad review because I know how much it affects businesses, but in this case, I can't give a good review. The experience at the property I was staying at wasn't good at all. First, the house didn't smell good, either in the bathrooms or the bedrooms. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms was damp, and the sink in the half-bathroom was loose, which can be dangerous for families, especially with small children or older adults. Furthermore, the noise from the house above was unbearable. People running around recklessly in the apartment above, banging on the floor until the wee hours of the morning, and from early in the morning onward, all day long. Add to all this, the owners are very informal, to say the least. We accidentally paid a double cleaning fee and overpaid 100.00. We realized it immediately and contacted the property manager, who agreed to refund the money. They told us they had returned the money to our account, but they never returned the money and kept money that wasn't theirs. They aren't serious people, so they don't deserve a good review. I don't recommend this property to anyone. I wouldn't want anyone to have a bad stay, much less feel scammed.
