"The staff here are amazing 😍. I miss them already. From greeting us with our welcome drink and cold towel, the smiles and conversations. The delicious breakfast and asking how our sleep was. Asking what plans we are up to. It felt like they truly cared. Ooohh and the constant surprises all day and at bed!! ! "Our stay at Gili Air Lagoon was most enjoyable and of a tropical environment standard. The room was clean, cool and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. The problem with reviews is that people tend to forget where they are and that they are on holidays. If you want alll the luxuries of home don’t go on holidays then.
