Exceptional service and friendly staff. The open air bathrooms are a great touch. Room was clean and spacious. I loved the pool, the food options and happy hour drinks during a fire show. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back!

The property is beautiful We were upgraded to a club room which opens up into the pool The staff were so attentive and lovely We were welcomed by Audrey at reception and she could not have been more welcoming The hotel restaurant faces the beach and every sunset you get the best view Bikes are available for hire and they offer horse riding and snorkeling which you can book at the hotel itself

The perfct place to stay.

From start to finish this hotel was incredible. The staff couldnt do enough for you, place was beutiful, sunsets views and the food was perfect every meal. We chose the suite with pool access where one of the pools meets your balcony, a lovely way to beat the heat. Highly reccomendd this hotel to anyone staying on Gili T

Excellent service on the sunset side

Excellent hotel on the sunset side of the island. No beach but nice pool area and bean bags to watch the sun go down. Excellent service differentiates this from other hotels.

We never got such high level of service as here for this amount of money. Perfect! Very good restaurant and breakfast. Clean room, ideal sunset view from restaurant and pool. Personal super friendly and can solve any your question.

Beautiful property, rooms, pool, restaurant and staff. Very attentive. Nice massages. We felt welcomed and looked after. Quieter side of the island. Only issue was transport to and from town. A bit too far to walk all the time and route scary to cycle back in the dark. Horse cart 150 IDR one way for 3 ppl and 200 for 4. Lots of nice resorts nearby.

Loved our stay here. Everything was beyond amazing and some of the best food we had on the island. Staff went above and beyond. My husband had a couple massages which were great. We had an issue with the door coming off the runner - no big deal but they promptly fixed it, apologized in person, and brought us cake that evening :) ! The only criticism would be that the AC wasn't the best/coolest, and coming from Canada we were both just a sweaty mess day and night with the heat. I was ok but my husband had troubles sleeping some nights, and we didn't dare turn it off while we were out as we would have liked to.

We thoroughly loved this hotel stay in Gili. This hotel is on the west side of the island, far enough from the parties that you sleep well and it’s quiet. Our villa with a pool was absolutely lovely, the outdoor bathroom was a fun experience. The staff here was so nice and welcoming and made sure we were being taken care of. Being on the west you get the sunset and enjoying this every evening by the pool or restaurant lounge beds was amazing, they even had acoustic music every night. I definitely recommend this hotel.

An oasis.

Kardia was the most luxury hotel experience on what was a very party island. If you are looking for an oasis amongst the noise then this certainly is the best option! The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean. They come round every evening to open the mozzy net and spray to repel mozzys. It’s honestly little touches like this that make a hotel amazing. I’d highly recommend a visit here.

Relax and Undwind at Kardia

We had an amazing stay at Kardia ! The in location in Trawargan is fantastic – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. The restaurant is excellent, the staff is incredibly warm and helpful, and the drinks are simply amazing. One of the best experiences is spending the evening by the pool, enjoying a barbecue, and if you get the chance to see the sunset, there’s no better place to be. I recommend being at the hotel around 6 PM to fully enjoy the breathtaking view. Whether it’s raining or not, Cardia always offers a great time. Don’t forget to take a photo by the heart right outside – a perfect spot for memorable pictures and unforgettable moments. This hotel is ideal for disconnecting from everything and truly relaxing. I highly recommend Kardia! 🙏🙏

Beautiful property THE BEST STAFF!!

If we could give it 10 stars we would! Excellent staff goes way out of your way to make you feel welcome. Such a beautiful property and so helpful in every way. Eco friendly which we loved!! Loved the fire dance, open mic, meals, outdoor shower, pool, sunset everything!! They helped us get a horse before the ferry and a private turtle trip.THANK YOU!! 10/10
