"Poor hotel Aircond not working. After complaint only change to bigger room as compensate "

"A bit old now. But the room rate is cheap. You need a car to get around for food."

"ok"

"Very clean and comfortable with good breakfast and off street parking. I always use this hotel when in Penang on business. walking distance to Love Lane and other good places to eat."

"The staff are lovely however the property was not well maintained. This is not a 4-star property. Could not enjoy the jacuzzi without a strange smell, likely from nearby seemingly permanent, construction. The bed was uncomfortably firm (folded over duvet to sleep partially on it, it was that uncomfortable). As I said though, staff were genuinely lovely."
