"Really good location for beach, sealife & Lgbtq venues. Hotel itself is a little creaky being an old building. The room i was in was close to ventilation system so wouldnt be good for light sleepers (but ear plugs were provided). "The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. "
