"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. "The decor was quite basic. There was a carpark (advertised on Expedia as free,but was charged £15). It was difficult to use and we were given no advance notice how to gain access. My reservation seemed to baffle them at first. The room was spacious, with large bed, very large TV, and the bathroom had modern quite classy fittings. Unfortunately, there were no tea/coffee making facilities, no cips, glasses or any receptacle for a drink - and no towels. A very mixed experience. Lots of good...

"Did not like the small size of room even though I booked a double bed. Absolutely no room either side of the bed when really room is just big enough for a single bed. Having a double bed means of course that hotels can charge more! On top of that bed springs dug into me all night so a very unpleasant sleep. No excuse not to not replace the mattresses and suggests penny pinching and trying to save money. Won’t stay again for reasons mentioned above."

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water.
