"Pleasant enough stay. Room was well sized worh a window that opened. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Car parking is free which is rare for hotels in the area. Its also in a rural area so quiet which was perfect. Tea and coffe is a kettle, no coffee machine but this is stated on the he hotel details. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Crown Inn. The location is perfect and easy to find, parking was simple in the car park opposite. We had the four poster room which was amazing. Very spacious and a massive bathroom too. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay "

"The mattress is way too soft. And in no world a bed smaller than queen size (160cm) should be allowed to be called a two-person bed. Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Also the dishes are not very clean "

"Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms."

"The Leonardo hotel in Southampton is decent value for money. The room is spacious, and the staff simply amazing.
