"The hotel was very conveniently located in the North Laines area of Brighton, a block away from the Royal Pavilion and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. "Have to check in next door at the pub. Parking permits for the street are available for 24hrs at £10. No hair dryer in the room. Did have fans in the room but they just made noise rather than blow air. TV remote didn't work so we were stuck on one channel with an info box on the screen.
