"This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. "A really lovely hotel with the kindest and warmest owners. You are made to feel at home immediately and Linda and Tony do all they can to make your stay brilliant. The kids loved the special hot chocolates in the room and we all loved the amazing breakfast. The hotel is very convenient for the attractions, 5 minutes from Pleasure Beach and 10 minutes walk from the water park but in a very quiet and safe street. Would definitely recommend to anyone!"

"What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

"Had a great stay yesterday, the sun was shining live entertainment on all day and night. Outside bar and dj love music was so good. Will 100% be staying again. Breakfast self service was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality produce. Full breakfast was lovely. Thanks guys."
