" Didn’t like the demand for a £50 cash deposit against breakages as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions, that said we were paid it back without issue. The hotel itself is in a good quietish location and easy to find. It was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable too. I would return so that says a lot. "

"On arrival we parked up outside the guest house and was able to leave car there for our whole stay. We were greeted with a friendly manner and showed to our room, It was nice and clean. We had tea, coffee facilities in the room and we were told if we needed a top up all we needed to do was ask for it. Our breakfast was lovely and there was plenty on the plate, Overall our stay was very enjoyable with lovely host."

"Property was within walking distance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the South Pier. Plenty of parking aroubd, we paid £15 for 24 hours. Friendly man who checked us in and out. Room was clean, warm and big enough for us (2 adults, 1 17 yr old,). We would stay here again."
