"Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."

"My room was next to the cleaners storage room. I arrived on a late flight at 2am. Due to this, I paid for later check out £20 for two hours), so I could rest after my late arrival. I was woken by noise in the corridor at 4.30am, with loud talking and banging. This continued for 30 minutes, then I left my room to see what was happening. In the corridor I became aware that it was staff talking on loading up their trollies for room cleaning. One lady stared at me with a bemused expression. I asked...

"The photos were very misleading and appeared much larger than the reality. My husband almost injured himself several times, nearly tearing the skin on his scalp due to unsafe conditions. There was no jacuzzi, despite it being implied. The water temperature was inconsistent either far too hot or too cold and there was excessive noise whenever a tap was opened or a toilet was flushed. In addition to what we had already paid, we had to paid for parking, which was extremely expensive. The access...

"Had only booked for "Room only", but on returning in the evening, found it was the opening night for their new Buffet dining service and was invited to sample free of charge! Unfortunately having already eaten wasn't up for a full meal but from the small sample I had is highly recommended - wide variety for all tastes and excellent quality. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful throughout."

"We had a good stay. Apartment was nice and spacious for 2 people and had everything that was needed for a weekend stay. Good location. "

"Cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for, but the room wasn’t fully cleaned and dirty bedding left on the floor when we arrived, along with clean bedding which we had to put on the beds ourselves. Also a proper maze to find the room. Not enough sockets in the room. The shower rail fell off and I had to put it back on. The breakfasts and staff were great though"
