"We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri- La, wonderful staff, all very helpful and service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, really clean, everything you need at your fingertips. The Horizon Lounge was a highlight along with the food and views! Can’t beat the views .. perfect. "Great vacation hotel, ocean view, spacious balcony. The room is more old side, and the shower will flood the floor if you are not careful. Some update should be done but good enough I'd stay again. No smoking rule was not followed by neighbor user, but the hotel management did take action immediately. However, it is allowed to smoke on the ground level restaurant, which then the smoke gets in to the room we stayed."
