"I realize they are doing some construction, but our room wreaked of cigarette smoke, the tub faucet was loose coming away from the wall, the granite along the sink had a very long and big crack, sticking up above the surface of counter, and only “fixed by filling it in with some caulking. "

"Our stay was overall very nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and they brought us extra towels as requested. The only thing that I feel could’ve been improved was the TV, as it felt very outdated and clunky."

"The room with the bathtub was in the accessible floor and wasn't kept well. The phone did not work and we had to walk up everytime to the lobby for anything we needed. We told them about the phone but it was never fixed. The maintenance person said they were going home and never followed up on that. The hallway and general condition of the room was not good. The breakfast however was really good. that made a difference to an otherwise not so great stay. Staff were super helpful in other areas, we needed coins for laundry and they went out of their way but going to the nextdoor Homewood suites to help get us the change."
