"This place is totally for Gen Z and was not quite the place for people older than 30. Although the bed is super comfortable, we had hard time adjusting with all the technology and bathroom layout. However the lounge and breakfast were excellent."

The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. After traveling, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff was wonderful, professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service can completely make or break an experience, and the team here truly made us feel welcomed. The location was also incredibly convenient for airport travel while still allowing us to enjoy our time without feeling like we were stuck in a typical airport hotel. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. We travel from the United States and truly appreciated the hospitality we received. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Penta Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great overall experience near Charles de Gaulle Airport.
