"We had an excellent stay at the Bloom hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We received a very cute toddler pack too with spa slippers for my 3 year old daughter which was a wonderful touch.

The staff were super friendly and polite, the hotel was very stylish. The only issue was that we noticed there was some mould in the shower (on the ceiling).
