"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"

The room was in great condition overall, aside from some minor paint chipping on the wall. It was the perfect size for one person. Housekeeping came in daily, keeping everything clean and fresh.
