"The room was incredibly clean and spacious and the staff member that helped me was so kind and gave me an upgrade to a room with a window so I could see the Hamilton theatre!!!!"

"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!"
