"This was a great spot for our two night stay. Centrally located in Campbellford meant restaurants and stores were all within walking distance: grocery store, coffee shop, bakery and farmers market just a few steps away. "Booked room and checked in very late, was nicely received at reception although the PMS system was very old and took a few minutes. Hotel and room were v clean, NO odours of either strong cleaning products or stale carpet shampoo that you often find. Breakfast was included, coffee smelled good, cheese omelettes were great. "Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea. The kids enjoyed the large projection screen and the swingset outside. We couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful decor. Very well kept and loved by the owner. Linens, extra condiments and bath products at the ready! Very much appreciated, Cora. Thank you so much."
